She has an excellent background in supporting boards of directors in Middle East, South East Asia, and Pacific region. Ekaterina is currently serving on the boards of directors of Puma Energy Joint Ventures in Singapore, Myanmar, Pakistan, Australia and Papua New Guinea.

As the Regional CFO, she restructured financial operations of the region and implemented revenue incentive system and continuous cost optimization that resulted in the operating profit growth of 80% in 2 years. Her previous roles spread across country, regional and group levels in large corporates and mid-size companies such as Shell, Ernst Young Tata Power and Origin Energy. Her strong track record of business performance is underpinned by her personal vocation for people and leveraging cross functional teams; she accelerates the focus on next generation’s skills in the era of automation of developed countries as well as focusing on nurturing the finance skills and competencies in the emerging markets.

In her free time, Ekaterina enjoys studying fundamental mathematics, reading poetry and playing football with her 2 sons.
