He has made his mark in Asia as the former Chief Financial Officer and Director for KrisEnergy Limited, Chief Executive Officer for Brighton Capital Advisors and the Head of SEA Investment Banking Execution and Director for CLSA. Kiran has held over 50 board positions globally, focusing on ERM and ESG. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Monash University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
